FSD is Hiring a Medical Office Manager Near Orland, IL

We are a growing Dermatology practice that is seeking a part time Assistant Medical Office Manager with billing experience alongside great communication, technology, and people skills. The Assistant Manager will work in conjunction with the Administration Team. This manager should be reliable, have strong work ethics and should lead by example. The primary office site will be in our Orland Park location with travel to other offices as needed. Medical Management and Human Resource experience necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility includes oversight of front desk and medical assistant processes and staffing
  • Assisting with operations including monitoring and managing of practice locations
  • Assessment and auditing of staff duties to ensure tasks are being completed in a timely manner
  • Revenue Cycle Management and working in conjunction with our billing manager
  • Employee education and training
  • Participation and assisting with scheduled meetings
  • Helping to improve customer service and patient satisfaction

Experience and expectations:

  • At least 5 years of prior office management experience in a private practice setting preferred
  • EMR experience
  • Prior experience in revenue cycle management
  • High efficiency with computers and applications

Position may lead to full time. Medical Management and Human Resource experience necessary. If interested please submit resume including salary expectations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
